Welcome to RIRS
RIRS conducts research to improve diagnostic and therapeutic accuracy with the use of various imaging modalities, materials, and information. The institute consists of three research sections: functional imaging, imaging and information, and materials and instrumentation. The functional imaging section does basic and clinical research on various disease entities using various clinical and experimental imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, DSA, CR, US, SPECT, and PET. Research Laboratory for Metastasis Imaging

The Laboratory for metastasis imaging research focuses on hyperpolarized 13C magnetic resonance spectroscopic (MRS) imaging to diagnose and monitor the early therapeutic efficacy.
